Return Policy

At Staci Christie Skin, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Email staci@stacichristie.com or call 760.633.0123 to initiate your return.

  2. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the item back to:

Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • If you experience a reaction to a product, notify us within 14 days or 2 weeks via email.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

 

Shipping for Returns

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and personal care items are non-returnable.

  • Products showing signs of use or tampering are not eligible for return.
