Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refunds

If you experience a reaction to a product, notify us within 14 days or 2 weeks via email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping for Returns

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and personal care items are non-returnable.
